It’s Time to “Sweat for a Cause”

The Young Women's League of New Canaan (YWL) is sponsoring its first fundraiser of the season, "Sweat For A Cause" at SoulCycle Greenwich.

Proceeds will benefit a number of charities in lower Fairfield County supporting the 2015 giving theme "Strong Women Make Strong Communities." The event takes place at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 5, at the SoulCycle Greenwich studio.

"We are excited to kick off our fundraising season with this new event. The SoulCycle brand is about creating communities and building strength. Their philosophy meets our giving theme perfectly," says the SoulCycle Greenwich studio.

Each year the YWL aligns its charitable giving with an alternating theme based on community, children and women. The YWL focus for 2015 is women. To date, the YWL has raised over $3 million, which is given in the form of grants to over 150 local and regional organizations.

Tickets start at $50.
