At the tip of spring, ANTHROPOLOGIE & CO. opened its doors in Westport’s Bedford Square, a development of the historic Bedford Estate. This massive store has all the bells and whistles of the brand, including spa and beauty, shoes and BHLDN bridal as well as an expansive furniture showroom and design center.

Anthropologie is also behind the new restaurant, AMIS TRATTORIA, at Bedford Square. And if you can’t get enough, head over to sister stores Urban Outfitters across the street or take a quick drive up the Post Road to Terrain and Free People.

“Anthropologie is the anchor tenant,” says Dan Zelson, principal, with Paul Brandes, of Charter Realty and Development (Bedford Square developers, with David Waldman at David Adam Realty). “We’ve also signed leases with Savannah Bee, which sells honey and mead and candles, and with M.EAT [Organic Beef & Provisions], a high-end European butcher with restaurant component.”

More stores are expected to move in to Bedford Square soon.
