Make the Leap

Get Air Sports helps all sorts of people, from children to adults, athletes and fun-seekers, jump, dunk, leap, climb and safely land on a trampoline or in the foam pit.

Kids bouncing off the walls? We’ve been there. So we checked out Get Air (, a local trampoline park with wall-to-wall trampolines as well as foam pits, slamball areas, obstacle courses and kiddie courts for burning off lots of extra energy.

These trampolines, dodgeball courts, basketball dunk lanes, and obstacle courses are found at more than seventy locations throughout the United States, Canada, Belgium and Japan.

The Stamford location is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays), which covers most peak times for child-age zoomies. But it also has weekly events, such as Toddler Time for jumpers under 46 inches tall; Club Air on Friday and Saturday nights, with party music and lights for jumpers ages nine and up; Family Days and Student Days with a discount for families of four to ten and students with a valid student ID; and Twice-the-Time Tuesdays—pay for one hour, jump for two.

Get Air also hosts birthday parties, including jump time, pizza, setup and cleanup and party invitations.

“At Get Air Stamford, we’re happy to be able to offer families a safe, out-of-the-ordinary experience where they can get exercise and entertainment at the same time,” says Kevin Switek, general manager.

For safety, they follow capacity limits and the staff wears face coverings. They also follow a sanitization routine and encourage social distancing.
