Ms. Rubinfeld’s vast fashion career spans various high-level positions including prior roles at Carolina Herrera as Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Global Marketing & Communications. Before joining Carolina Herrera in 2012, she was VP of Marketing at Giorgio Armani, and prior to that, was Senior VP of Marketing & Communications at Akris.

In her current role as Senior VP of Clinical Solutions at OptumHealth, an innovative health information technology & services firm, Dr. Bahl manages the clinical and consultant outreach team and supports partnerships with senior leaders at national consulting firms. Most recently, she has joined the effort to fight our country’s opioid crisis by serving on the board of Shatterproof, an organization focused on reducing the stigma and behavioral health issues associated with addiction.

As co-owners of Zaniac Greenwich and co-CEOs of Summit 7 Holdings LLC, Flavia Cattan-Naslausky and Camilla Gazal also share an alma mater: NYU. Cattan-Naslausky graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science, and Gazal received her Master’s in Hospitality with a concentration in Brand Management. While both women have spent their careers in the financial industry, they prefer to think of themselves as ‘social entrepreneurs’. Through Zaniac, which offers after-school and summer learning programs, they are working to get kids worldwide engaged in math & technology.

As the Founding Partner of 1843 Capital, Tracy Chadwell earned her JD at Loyola University. 1843 Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in technology and consumer product companies with at least one female creator. Tracy has over 14 years of experience in venture capital & private equity, including 4 years investing in early-stage companies with a female founder via her own personal entity Coyote Capital. She has spoken at several events, in addition to serving as a mentor and startup competition judge.
